I am Laurel Maloan.  I have been married 25 years to my husband Brian.  I have 3 children.  Our oldest chile is Whitney, she is 24 years old.   Our middle child is Kaleigh, she is 21 years old and lives in Lawrence, Kansas.  Our youngest child is Tyler, he is 19 years old.   I have 3 dogs named, Elvis, Josie, and Gizzy.  We have a couple of wild cats that live outside.  We live out in the country, 5 miles south of Garnett.

My husband, Brian, works as the Parks supervisor for the City of Garnett.  He has worked there for 20 years.  You might see him  mowing in the parks during the summer.

I became a grandmother this summer.  Braxton Christopher Barnes was born June 16,2011.  He is growing and changing everyday.  I enjoy spending time playing with him and changing diapers!  I can't wait until he starts to play and run around.
