Trunk Lift:

Lay on belly with hands behind back.  Must raise chin up off of the floor.

          2nd grade--10+ inches

         3rd-6th grades—12+ inches

 

 

Shoulder Flexibility:

Top to Bottom Stretch--Must touch hands together behind back with one hand coming down behind head and other coming up behind back.

 

 

Toe Touches:

Boys must touch toes with legs straight and hold it for 3 seconds.

Girls must reach beyond their toes with legs straight and hold it for 3 seconds.
